On Desember 22, the wards of the Center for assistance to children without parental care, «Nash Dom» visited one of the enterprises of the Kaliningrad region. The children were on an excursion to the operating pharmaceutical enterprise — the plant of the company «INFAMED», which produces the well-known drug «Miramistin». The ideological inspirer of the tour was Andrey Gorokhov, State Duma deputy, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the OJSC «Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation».

The kids with trepidation put on white coats, shoe covers and sterile caps and immersed themselves with interest in stories about the rules and features of pharmaceutical production, looked into sterile workshops and laboratories, saw modern production facilities with their own eyes and were able to appreciate the scale and high technology of such enterprises. They were told about the main stages of the creation and implementation of the project, about strict quality requirements that are applied in this area, how the control of products is carried out.

On the trip, the young tourists were accompanied by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Center Victor Dmitriev. He, as the Chairman of the Public Council under the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor), told the children about the path medicines take from the factory to the patient, and how important it is to properly store medicines and use them only as directed by a doctor and strictly following the instructions.
