The doctor, the candidate of medical sciences, graduated from the 1st Moscow medical institute of I. M. Sechenov.
I stood at the origins of creation of the Association of Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (ARPM) in 2002 and I directed Association till 2004.
With 2004 on 2007gg. I worked as the deputy director of Scientific Center Examinations of Means of Medical Application Federal State Institution of Roszdravnadzor.
In October, 2007 the solution of general meeting of Association V. Dmitriyev is again elected the CEO of ARFP.
