The Eighth annual Conference “State regulation and Russian pharmaceutical industry- 2016” will be held in Moscow on March 31. State representatives and business community will have a chance to discuss perspectives and opportunities of the mutual market within the Eurasian Economic Union.
The meeting is organized by the Association of the Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (ARPM), the Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (AIPM), analytical company DSM Group, Scientific Institute of healthcare organization and medical management of the Health department of Moscow, and the Eurasian Economic Commission.
The conference will start for the session “New regulation of medicine circulation and its application within the EAEU market”. Participants of the session will discuss mechanisms of mutual recognition of medicine registration, legislative issues of the medical market integration processes, legislation of the parallel import, GMP audit, as well as advantages and disadvantages of allowance for foreign companies to participate in state trades. The session will be moderated by Director General of the ARPM, Victor Dmitriev and CEO of the AIPM, Vladimir Shipkov.
The conference will also have a session on good pharmacovigilance practices (GVP), moderated by Director if the Center of Educational Program FGBY of the Scientific Centre of Medical Use of the Health Ministry, Rosa Yagudina.

“For over three years members of the working group and medical professionals were developing mutual approaches to regulation of circulation of medicines wishing the EAEU. Today, the rules of regulation are almost designed. They are based on world’s most successful good pharmacovigilance practices. However, our work is not finished yet. It only begins. We have to start the mechanisms of mutual recognition of drug registration, create the Pharmacopeia of the Union. We also have to work out the system of mutual inspectorate of production facilities, as well as many other important issues.
