On July 23, 2025, the head of ARPM Victor Dmitriev took part in a Business Breakfast with the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Anton Alikhanov at the site of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

Among the questions concerning various sectors of the country’s economy, the Minister was also asked questions directly related to the work of domestic pharmaceutical enterprises. The relevance of this topic is due to the upcoming changes in the public procurement system, when domestic manufacturers receive additional preferences in competitions.

Issues of patent protection were also touched upon, and in particular, the application of the provision on compulsory licensing.
