The co-organizers of the Partnering are the Association of Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (ARPM), the Ministry of Health of the Kaliningrad Region, the Association of Pharmacovigilance and Safety Monitoring of Medical Devices, the Pharmacovigilance Agency “Pharmcompliance” LLC with the support of the Public Council under the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor) and the territorial body of the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare in the Kaliningrad Region.

Representatives of federal and regional executive bodies, heads and professionals of pharmaceutical facilities, representatives of professional associations and communities, leading specialists and experts in the field of pharmacovigilance, including the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Kazakhstan, are invited to participate in the event. Among the invited speakers:

• Vadim Kalinichenko, representative of the Department for Regulation of Circulation of Medicines and Medical Devices of the Ministry of Health of Russia.

The conference will discuss issues of implementing federal and regional procurement procedures for medicines as part of the implementation of state pricing guarantees in the context of sanction restrictions, rational pharmacotherapy, pharmacovigilance, quality and safety control of medicines, the work of pharmacovigilance departments within companies, inspections and training of personnel for work in the field of pharmacovigilance.

• Formats of participation in the conference: in person in Kaliningrad (Kaiserhof Hotel & Spa 4*), as well as online.
• Cost of participation for one participant: in person — 30,000 rubles, online — 7,000 rubles. In-person participation includes a business dinner. The number of places for in-person participation is limited.
• For members of the Association of Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (ARPM), members of the Association of Pharmacovigilance and Safety Monitoring of Medical Devices, as well as clients of the Pharmacovigilance Agency “Pharmcompliance”  LLC, both in-person and online participation in the conference is free (up to three people from one organization, participation in the business dinner is paid separately).
