The Sixth Partnership «Medicines of Russia – to the interdisciplinary dialogue» will be held on 21st of September 2018 in Kaliningrad
Becoming a traditional Partnership, organized by the Association of the Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (ARPM), has long established itself as a significant annual pharmaceutical event aimed at solving the problems of drug provision and development of the Russian pharmaceutical industry. This year the event changes its place of permanent location and invites the guests to Kaliningrad.
The issues of effective development of the most western region of Russia — the Kaliningrad region — have long become a priority for many federal ministries and departments, as indicated by frequent visits of high-ranking federal officials. The unique conditions for business have been created in the Kaliningrad region: proximity to the EU borders, convenient logistics, tax breaks and experience of existing pharmaceutical manufacturers. Also, a rapid impulse in the development the region received because of the holding of the FIFA World Cup 2018. However, the regional authorities plan to continue the transformation of the resort cities after the end of the World Cup.
More than 300 specialists from different regions of Russia, as well as the Heads of the Ministry of Healthcare, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, Roszdravnadzor, representatives of regional ministries and departments were invited to take part in The VI Partnership «Medicines of Russia — to the interdisciplinary dialogue». At the Partnership site, the current issues of development of the country’s pharmaceutical market are traditionally discussed. The dialogue between the professional pharmaceutical community and state authorities allows us to find the best ways to achieve the stated goals.
