The Association of the Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers opened its mission in Hong Kong. One of the objectives of the Association is to develop international cooperation in pharmaceutical area. Opening of the mission in Hong Kong is another opportunity for ARPM to enter new markets and to develop new alliances in South-East Asia, and to attract foreign investors for mutual research activities.
“Today’s Hong Kong is a special administrative district of China, the place of accumulation of financial and high tech institutions. Hong King is the gate to Asia. Therefore, we want to be present here. We hope, that the interests of the Association’s members will be well established in the region and every producer will have an opportunity for cooperation with our asian counterparts,” said ARPM Director General, Victor Dmitriev.
The opening ceremony was attended by deputy General Consulate of Russia in Hong Kong, Valentin Markov, representatives of business and financial institutions, as well as biotech and transport companies of Russia and Hong Kong.
